The intimate conservatory at Clos Maggiore is abundant with cherry blossom and a fully retractable glass roof creates a sun-drenched dining space in summer and in the winter, starlight, candles and a roaring fire create an exquisite ambiance. Chef Marcellin and his team source local and seasonal products to create innovative dishes that regularly win AA-rosette awards. Succulent lamb comes from the Welsh valleys, fruit and vegetables are harvested in the garden of England, Kent, and all poultry is sourced from a family-run farm in Lancashire. On our visit it was clear to us that Clos Maggiore’s front of house team matches the kitchen crew’s exceptional attention to detail at every turn.
